Portland Silver Raindrop Birthstone Pendant
In case you haven't heard, it rains a lot in my beloved Portland, Oregon. It only seems fitting to design a necklace celebrating rain, one of the sources of all life. But by mid- February, we are sick of the rain, so I thought to brighten things up with a little bling. Each silver raindrop pendant is graced with a little tube set gemstone. But here's the really cool part: You choose your birthstone or favorite gemstone and we'll create a personalized necklace!
The pendant itself is made from non-tarnishing argentium silver. The 18 inch chain and clasp are sterling silver. The gemstone options/info are listed in the additional information section below and inlcued both mined and lab gemstones. All gemstones are faceted 4mm stones. Contact us if you would like a different chain length. There is no charge for a shorter chain, but a longer chain is $1.25 per inch.

A note on simulated and lab stones: lab sapphires and rubies are made from the same material as mined sapphires and rubies: they are "real". The stones listed as "simulated" are made from spinel, and are not the same material as mined stones. They are however, lovely hard stones that will wear well and are excellent dupes for the significantly more expensive stones. If you would like a necklace made with a genuine mined stone or a stone not listed, please contact us for pricing and timeline.
